We had our graduation dinner at a place called The Barge, near Lincoln's waterfront. It was a nice poshy place ideal for a lovers' getaway. Not for rowdy bunch of 14 people. But anyways, we rock basically anything that it didn't bother us to mind our manners for the first 5 minits of the dinner. Haha!
Great friends.. Will miss them dearly. My kitchen buddies. Tarn the Hippo and May the.. what is May? She never got a nickname. May the turtle? But she is so bright that the turtle sounds too undercoverish for her even.
My Malaysian counterpart. What lah. My english got so bad because we made too much fun of May speaking english. Amek obat. A great friend throughout the course.

Crayfish Tail. Super delicious portion of crayfish seared to perfection in a gorgeous cream and garlic sauce. The potatoes were scalding hot that I burnt my tongue silly. Sedap nak mati.

This was my side of the table. That is Alexander Rudnik. THE Senior Instructor. Most of us were near burst pressure by this point. Personally, I think dinner was excellent at this quaint expensive spot. But it was Thursday evening, just after our projects presentation. We were too tired to enjoy the dinner thoroughly. We retired early that night.
And we woke up hungry, remembering the meals from yesterday. Haha!
