I was too tired to take photos with my phone. But did help out the official photographer of our event. Hopefully he'll upload it soon and I can steal em off the net..

Suria Cherating Beach Resort. Our days were jammed pack with activities. Activities all day and then head back to the room for some well deserved Zzz's towards midnight.

It was mummy's birthday that coincided, and I must say this is a very adorable cake!

And then we headed off to Kuantan, to Chipoh's place. This little princess can actually identify me and F in a photo. During her occasional good moods with us, she'd actually call us by those names. Haha..da besar da chipoh.

What Father's day will be like

On Father's Day we had a celebratory dinner at a nearby restaurant. Ashwan's favourite place to binge on meat (-_-) I have a tendency to avoid eating meats, I'm not sure if its a required taste or if its just the fact that I crave pasta and sandwiches more these days.

We talked the waitress into giving our table two complementary buffalo wings instead of one, since Mama put the emphasis on how our party of 7 potentially has 3 fathers in it. Haha. Makanan free memang sodap.

For our next Father's Day, F simply requested that all his children and myself included will have to write/dictate our love for him and why he's a great father at that. I personally find it amusing, to have him think that far, and to request something of that manner. I do not enjoy public appreciation talks or like to declare my love out loud I guess.

So here's to pen and paper. Shall we meet again next year, during Father's Day.

Domestic God?

I feel so annoyed when I'm basically the only one doing the housework. Dear God, please guide me and give me the patience of an elephant to train and educate my one and only partner in life on the importance of pitching in and helping.

I cannot imagine what living with an infant will be like. Will everyday be filled with household chores purely. Damn.

And they say that money can't buy happiness. At least it helps in keeping things orderly.

Past few weeks

Aku balik kampung atok, ada kenduri anak Cikgu Rahman. Femes tau cikgu ni. Sedih jugak sbb Faliq tak sempat tgk pon rumah atok kat Kg Tanjung ni. It was such a great place to grow up in. The little black goats, and their round poo-poo. The much awaited trains that would pass, and how we'd run from one end to the other end of the house to wave the train good-bye. Nah, Faliq didn't get to see that. All I got to show him was a piece of flat and barren land that had no resemblance to anything that used to be on top of it.

I got a nice break by looking after a client in KL. Wasn't as bad as the typical rohas hitch. Maybe its because I was tucked neatly away in the faraway office. =) not complaining one bit! Got to spend one whole week with Faliq. So happy!

Met up with lin =) she's such an endangered species. So hard to catch up. We've missed her terribly and she's missed out on so much. Here we are seen teasing her to put her scarf up and pretend that we're having friday lunch at the dining hall in school. Ok. Inside joke.

Me and my favourite little girlfriends. Khayra n Nino. She's so big now, we can actually hang out without her getting too tired from walking and all that. Khayra on the other hand..just loves everbodyyy. Cute! Itd be a scary affair tho, to take her out. Cause then she'd stick to anyone she sees like glue and that would be fairly catastrophic.
