I have safely arrived in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our trip took us a whopping 29 hours. I personally did not expect it to take 29 hours, and just bull headed my way to KLIA wee early in the morning. I woke up that morning not feeling like I wanted to go. But who was I kidding, better go and leave all this crazy-work-world of mine behind. Haha. Hepi.
Abang had a volleyball match that morning so it was just F and I. Ajak came to bid Zarina adieu. Our journey began when we found out that the seats we booked were handed to some other pair. What a total waste of my time. Like, 4 + 12 hours of my time. From KL to Taipei and then from Taipei to LA. Hoh penat siot. I watched a few good movies and scoffed on anything with rice in it for fear of tasting the last good cooked rice before arriving to the states. LAX wasn't what we expected it to be..mcm boring. We had to rush off to the Domestic Terminal 4 for American Airlines, and checked in via computer. Canggih~
Our flight to Dallas was at 4 pm and we were expecting to arrive 3 hours later, at 7pm. Our connecting flight to Tulsa was at 1030pm. We go to Dallas Airport and fussed over coin operated machines cause we were both so thirsty. The machine rejected all our coins and we sadly headed to the skylink to proceed to gate D27. It was then in the train that we saw the time on the screen screaming... 10:00pm!! The time zone changed?? Wahahah cuak gilerrr miss flight. Tanak tido Dallas!!
We frantically made it to D27 and boarded the flight to Tulsa. The steward was a silly goof. "Good evening everyone and welcome to flight Dallas headed for New York (gasps!!)...just kidding" Boleh mcm tu??
Another one would be.. "This is your seat belt, wear it nice and tight just like JLo does" Hahaha..
And once we landed at the airport, "Please beware when opening the overhead compartment and make sure that your shoes match your outfit.." Haha. Klaka kan?? For someone who had been travelling for more than a day, I needed a break.
Haha. Penat gile. I doubt I will ever do this again.
