Today has proven to be a seriously tough day. Full of conflicts, moral and ethics come into play..and the ugly game of backstabbing and bad mouthing people. Never would I imagine that my workplace, crazy and tormenting as it might be, would resort to something like this. The sad thing is that it is pretty clear that the source or the root cause is coming from just one person.
He has affected me deeply, and it troubles me that he thinks that everything that he has done is correct, regardless of what people are telling him. He entertains and welcomes those who wish to tell on others and feeds off people's trust by promising them something great in the future.
It disgusts me that I even want to write about this. The boiling point came when he circulated an email to all the bosses with regards to our poor behavior and said that it could cause us to receive disciplinary action - surat amaran. Oh by the way, I know who the rat is.
I need to cleanse my soul and get ready. Regardless.
