Supposed to..

I was supposed to blog on un-preferable things. But I guess I lost track of the time. I will definitely try to update tomorrow. As that would be my last day in this horrid place.

My TEN day break will consist of..

-trips to the tailor $$$

-time out for our new hobby!! more $$

-abang's engagement, $$ for the photographer

-a family trip to lovely KK, oh gosh..more and more $$$$$

From the logic above, I can say. Days off = loss of $$$

But the chance to take a family potrait on the 13th of June?? Priceless!!

Mixed Matched

Should make more sense if the title read 'mismatched' instead. Lately I have been feeling a lot of mixed emotions. F told me that girls are very evil, in a sense that we would never put our friends before ourselves. His statement annoyed me very much that evening.

The air is condensed thick with wedding percipitate. I spelt participates. Haha. My mother went down to BP last weekend and had a formal meet-and-greet with the to be in-laws. Sometimes people will take advantage of you, regardless of how much you discussed beforehand. So my brother had a shocker of his life. Lucky dude that the soon to be mother in law was joking, about the price.Maybe she thought she was pricing her car outside the house instead of, well you get the picture.

Myanmar campaign is a nag. All I do now is wait in the base for it to happen. It might clash with my brother's engagement date. Cookiemonster. My boss will be leaving for a week off. So you can only imagine how estatic I will be when the time comes.

I got my mother a nice ring for mother's day - while we were supposedly shopping for my brother's engagement ring - on sale so, what the heck.

Bits and Bobs

Note pad checklists. So that this page could replace my diary. Sort of.

#1. Mama is at home now! Yea, welcome back mama. Its gonna be so much fun to have you around. Even more so to spend at least 2 weeks off in the month of June! Arriba~

#2. I'm working on my resume..slowly. I am seriously unhappy about where my job is taking me and how the 'system' is always not working for us. They expect us to be operationally competent but hardly lets us out to the field, since we are a ratio of 4 FS to 1 unit. And we have 40 FSs who needs to be working offshore, so that means, if we only have 3 units working..that'll be 12 FSs working, and the rest?? OK so it means that in 2nd school, they can't expect me to be that good with the units since I hardly get to operate them anymore.

#3. While working on my resume, I am compiling a mountain of other resumes to make as reference. Nice.

#4. Dealing with weekly muscle pain in the arms, fingers and sometimes shoulder blades. Hehehe.. F and I are taking up a new hobby!! Its fun, but for now..I really suck at it.

#5. My shopping list for the US. InsyaAllah, I will make it to 2nd school in July which will be in Oklahoma. Thus, I can do some awesome shopping in the states. For my new hobby, stuff and stuff..handbags lagi. Wow. Bestnyer. Just hope that by then H1N1 is a black dot in history.

When I was in Yangon..

When I was in Yangon. I felt like I was back in Dhaka. The people look the same. Of chinese, and indian faces mixed with pretty mongolian look alikes.

This picture tells a lot. There are mini buildings in Yangon. Most of the cars are white in color. The traffic is always a steady flow. The guy on the far left is topping up on his taxi's gas. Cool rite?

I hope to go back to Yangon sometime soon. But damn, my boss there really pisses me off.
