I have a thing for mint leaves these days. Buy a sprig of mint leaves, a handful of those small lemons species and a tub of honey. Mix and mix and add plenty of ice et voila! A totally superb refreshment to have in the summery hot afternoons, like every afternoon. And interestingly enough, mint is good for digestion. I was actually looking for a caffeine substitute since I have grown a serious habit of making my own macchiato after lunch to last me through till the evening. My parents have always considered me to be the milk type. During my last stay with them in late December, ayah came home with a 6-pack of 1 liter milk cartons.
